Unbelievably inefficient/incompetent. After selling a house, they wait until the next quarterly bill cycle before settling the account refunding overpayment. That means they sit on your money for several months.
I’ve had to call for some assistance a few times and they have always been courteous and helpful. When I’ve had a question, they’ve been able to quickly provide the answers needed. Processing times have always been pretty quick too.
A series of charges from Penalty, interest, service expense and Fees all added on to a sewage bill. When I contacted Jordan Tax Service about how excessive these charges were, I was told that it is split between the Municipality, alcosan, and Jordan Tax service , so it needs to be excessive

This place is collecting for Westview water. Been getting hit with extra service fees from them, large bills for sewage with an extra $100 tacked onto it for processing. Bills being sent are not in a timely manner! They hit you in one lump sum half a mortgage or more!

I’ve never heard of an accounting company with such remedial math skills. It must be on purpose in order to scam more money from PA residents.
