I wanted to change propane supplies so I called JS west in the afternoon. I got voice mail and left a message. I am now on my 4th day with no return call. I old call them back but I see no need to do their follow up work for them. I will be signing with a company that actually answered their phone during business hours.
Cynthia at JS West at the Colfax location is amazing! I called for a disabled older adult who was completely out of propane and dealing with an ongoing power outage.
