Installation when super smooth. Tech David Rich was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole process very easy. Still new to JTM internet, but so far it gas been working great and the speeds are stable and fast. I like that there are no contracts, but I plan on being a long time customer.

The system works great! Been waiting 6 months for them to come and bury the line! Every time I have called they just say that I’m on the list and this work is contracted out for someone else to do the work. But the people that are contracted to do this work want even call you back when leaving a message!!!
