  3. Very rude over the phone, they don’t pick up your recyclables on the day they say they would (even with the printed schedule), too fricken expensive even if they were picking up every other day!

  4. Don’t make a payment over the phone because they will mysteriously lose your payment and cancel your service without notice. And when you call to try to resolve the issue you will be given attitude.

  35. I only live a couple of miles away. So, taking my own trash there saves me money. It costs 12 cents a pound. I go once every 3 to 4 weeks and bring about 50 pounds of trash on average.
