Took money on fees and penalties after canceling my ktag without properly notifying me. Therefore I was using ktag unaware that I was getting penalized. This is literally highway robbery. No one wanted to refund my penalties. I’m expected to back pay all of it in order to use their turnpike.
This k-tag retail center, was very friendly and was also helpful. Told me that they would look into my problem. They said that they would email me with the solution, later in the day they had answered and forwarded to the other agencies. Very friendly and very helpful.
Their tag scanner failed to pick up my tag one time, and they charged me a “violation” because of their equipment failure. On top of that, my license plate was already associated with my KTag account prior to the event as a backup. They …
