No one ever answers the phone! There is no customer support on the weekend. If no one is in the office to answer the phone during lunch then the answering machine message should say closed during lunch hours!

After 30 years with this bank, it has gone down hill in the last five years. They don’t answer their phones, and they make mistakes that are horribly inconvenient. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other credit union than Kaiperm. I had to opened up another credit union account.
