This place has the worst customer service ever! I paid my bill and I have 6 kids and they left me with no gas all day and night with no stove and no hot water. The manager was never in and never called me back.
Terrible response time for drop by tank refills. Sat out ther 10 mi utes and finally went into the office. They called an attendat and it took another 5 minutes of waiting. Seemed like I interrupted the attendant. Not coming back! No consideration for this customer’s time.
I’ve been a customer of there’s for just over a year, the service has been outstanding and if you have an issue you can talk to the people directly. Not to mention great rates. I’ve dealt with three companies over the years and this one is the best. Would recommend.
