Been sitting here for over a hour and half!!!! If your doctor is behind say something to his patients!!! It’s called customer service and it let’s patient know in case they have other things to do.
The staff here is very rude. The receptionist didn’t make eye contact and acted annoyed that I walked through her door. I left before I ever got to see the doctor. I will never go back to this office or refer anyone to go here. Please save yourself the terrible experience and go somewhere else.

They threw away my cast without asking, and made us wait 1-2 hours just to touch around it and say it’s good which we could’ve done at house house in 2 minutes.
Dr. Howell is such a great doctor!!! He gets right to the point and gets matters handled.

I really like the Dr but today was not good, as we waited over an hour in the room for him. I loved the x-ray tech. Usually I get right in for everything but it wasn’t good today, my appt was 3 and we walked out at 5:05
Great appointment. It was my 1st time meeting Dr. Enns. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a good amount of time in discussion with me. I’m very glad he’s going to be doing my surgery.
Dr. Chan’s assistant, Tony, is always great. He is professional and tells me exactly what he is going to do.
Although the wait time can be a little long everything is taken care of in one visit. X-rays, and treatment all taken care . I love this!

I went there for an evaluation from my doctor. The receptionist was great. However, the person that was to taking me to the room where I would see the doctor was absolutely rude. So I left without seeing the doctor. I will be going somewhere else for my treatment.
I waited for over an hour and then was taken back for x-ray and waited another 15 minutes. Maybe time scheduled for appointments needs to be re-evaluated.
Dr. Howell was very efficient with the time and thorough in information.

Super friendly staff, ladies at the front desk helped fill out the paperwork making it so easy to check in my first visit. Dr. Enns knows his stuff and explained everything that was going on and what to expect after my surgery. if you have a need for any orthopedic medical issues this is definitely the place you should go.
