This branch, as is most nyc branches of USPS, was dark, dreary and understaffed with an occasional nice postal clerk, which I was fortunate to encounter to mail off a package.
Zero Star If Possible ; CALLED TRYING TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY PASSPORT AS IT SAYS TO DO ONLINE. I SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED “Mr. Rampsey” AS HE STATED ON THE PHONE. THIS GENTLEMAN REALLY NEEDS TO GET TRAINED ON HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER …
I had a great experience at this location. I went in the morning – 10 am: there was no line! 4 windows opened and the staff was very helpful and polite.
I work nearby and sometimes drop my rent check off here. It takes far, far, far longer for the check to reach my landlord in midtown, far longer than dropping off at a blue post office box. The lines here are often long and the early closing time is also inconvenient. Avoid, if possible!
Staff are rude and mock me for not knowing certain things. No work ethics from this place. I kept my expectations low going in but this place managed to beat my low expectations.
I wish I could give the post office O stars. My post man was so incredibly rude and unwelcoming when I walked into the 27th street office with my wedding invitations to be hand cancelled. He told me he wished the “stantionary companies” …
Clean, quiet and organized location, very friendly and efficient staff. The man at the passport window is very polite, helpful and patient with customers.
This review is for Ms. Thompson, who works at the 27th Street location. I had sent my taxes on april 11th. I had misread the postage machine and sent the envelope underpaid. It returned to my office with a bar code and a note saying “Under …
This is the worst Post Office ever !! The older man there( never got name ), needs to retire. Nasty , grouchy, and has no manners. Thinks it’s okay to be rude to people. There was another woman there ( did not catch her name either), who …
Normally, post office wokers are rude and not helpful. I have to say this has got to be one of the post offices with such friendly and and helpful staff. My experience was delightful. I feel like mailing things all the time just to interact with great people. Kudos!
Honestly I think they deserve no stars, the employees were very rude, disrespectful and nasty. They are very unhelpful. Ms.Thonpson denied processing my passport because she had to have the last word. It’s no point of reporting this because …
It’s the worst experience I got ever. The clerk 08 refused to provide service because he did not want to manually type in international address, he said “it’s too much work for me”. I also strongly felt discrimination. I doubt if he will …
Always have good experiences here. I post internationally with really long addresses and the staff never grumble typing in the address. Sometimes the queues are a pain but the staff have always been super helpful
Had to mail something out after buying a box at City Papery. Only 1 self service machine and it was out of service. When I told the attendant he didn’t seem surprised. Was friendly but said I would have to write the address on the box . I …
WOW. Great customer service! Came here today and had one of the best experience ever! The lady at the window was extremely helpful, patient, fast and efficient! Despite there was line behind me and staff working very fast, I didn’t feel …
Wow, great experience at this Post Office. Service was fast, no lines, window clerk was very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. They also have self check for packages if you just want to weigh a large envelope and mail it in for those who don’t want to wait on line.
Had the best experience here. Thought what I came in to do was going to be complex and irritating for both me and the staff but I lucked out with Neal (Neil?) and he made it such a seamless and smooth process! He’s a real professional and …
I came here to drop off a package, at the kiosk the lady refused to scan my package and send it off to shipment. Told me I have to use the machine, to scan the item. The machine does not confirm that the package was accepted by USPS and …

Great customer service on one occasion, horrible the next.
Helpful, quick and quiet. No problems here. Thank you.
Was in and out in 5 mins..cant get any better than that!
All good and friendly.
Of course. Who would give more. Super unfriendly people. Amazing they keep their job.
Friendly staff. Self-service machine always working. Mail seems to arrive where & when expected
At this branch, I was truly amazed by the fact that the service at USPS can be (finally) this friendly.
One of the best USPS I have been to. Relatively friendly staff. Surprisingly.
