Office staff horrible at communicating. I tried several attempt to make an appointment with a specific doctor without providing my social security number and no one would ever get back to me. They kept saying office manager would return calls but never did.
Office staff, professionalism and organization is a significant challenge. There is a complete lack of follow through and misinformation. Doctors are of good quality but office staff and communication is a significant issue that will negatively impact others experiences.
