The only way this place got a 1 Star from the guy on here is because he must work for the other company cause Ohio valley is the worse company anywhere! Change right now to this service so so so much better
Awesome garbage company, staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, they always strive for customer satisfaction, and their a locally owned business. Definitely recommend for local trash service!
The randomly skip trash pick up and then won’t come back to pick up, and then call you a liar! The lady that answers the phone couldn’t be ruder. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other trash company.
Posting for a relative. They had the trash out the night before. It was not picked up. They called to ask that it be picked up. The person on the phone called them a liar and said it was not out. They refused to go back for the trash. The worst part….calling them a LIAR! Will be changing trash companies soon.
I would give them zero stars but the option is not available this company is very terrible they did not take all our trash on trash night so we canceled their service filled their trashcan with the trash they did not take they dumped it all …
This local company is dependable & strives to please customers! When I couldn’t get my trash to the curb because of ice on my drive, the gentleman got it, emptied it & returned the container to my gararage!!! IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!
Loved this company but just found out they have sold their company to Ohio Valley Waste!! Never got notification they have gone over to the dark side!! Really like this company and feel betrayed by them!!
