Repeat the same tests again and again and charge you for it. Dr. tells you you’re going blind with no filter. Seems to get upset that you can’t afford her eyedropp choice when there are alternatives. A visit there can take over half a day.
Where to start- they got my vision prescription wrong, the staff are rude, they have a nonchalant and lackadaisical approach to customer service. The doctor is nice and It was only about two workers there who were actually nice and stood out.
I asked for my contact lenses prescription they said “we don’t give out contact lenses prescription” i thought it was law by the FTC for them to give out a copy of my prescription. I still don’t know how i am supposed to order them.
Everyone here is super friendly and ready to help! Tabitha always has a smile on her face and seems to genuinely care about each individual that walks through the door! 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Kaz and her staff are wonderful and professional. You are in great hands when you see Dr. Kaz. Love the optical shop too! The only issue I have had is sometimes you have a long wait. I will not go anywhere else.
After experiencing very excessive time for an appointment (2-3 hours each time) and experiencing one incident where I felt I was treated very unprofessionally, I chose to go elsewhere. However I believe the care was very good and the optometry business in the same building was exceptionlly good.
My family and I have been coming to Dr. Kaz for years. However, today I have been waiting for over 2.5 hours to see an associate doctor for a recheck. I find the staff unwilling to answer my questions. If any doctor is running that late, the staff owes it to the patient to reschedule. I should have been warned when I arrived on time.
