  3. Before we had centurylink. Our streaming was always buffering, spent more time with buffering than watching tv. Now, with KDS we get no or very very little buffering. Additionally the internet is much faster and more reliable!!!!

  8. Just want to commend Heather for her patience, understanding and knowledge while solving a problem with the speed settings on my Netgear router. She and the company have always been there when glitches arise. Although few and far between, problems do come up and they solve them. I recommend them for wireless Internet.

  10. Had the “cable” people… worst tech support ever, switched to the phone people.. speeds were terrible and then the price doubled. Contacted KDS, and have not looked back. Had a couple hickups but they sent techs out that night, fixed our “errors” and off we went. Streamed flix, tube, and zon with no problems.

  13. We have been with KDS over 2 years now and they have by far the best service I have experienced for internet provider. Very rarely does the internet service “go down” and the speed is very consistent. On the rare occasion I do have to message them I use FB messenger and they are very prompt and professional.

We lost our internet service at least 3x daily..we report the problems and they just say sorry we don’t see a problem on our end and refuse a home visit to diagnose the problem.. DO NOT pay for their service go with another provider..
