Great service
Unorganized, unfriendly, unimpressed
Quick service. Kind providers.
Takes to long to be seen even when you have an appointment.
The Kearney Clinic’s new system takes awhile sometimes.
Love the peds dept. Dr. Kratochvil is amazing!
The people here are very nice I was going here for years I wouldn’t change it for nothing
Great service best of all kearney. Took a bout 30 seconds to get service I was in and out in like 3 minutes
Waited for more than one hour to see a doctor in 5 mins. The worst one we ever had.
Good service in person but i dropped a paper off to get signed to go bac to work they lost it
What kind of urgent care doesn’t provide stiches?
With the exception of one Dr. (Initials D.M. I will never recommend her to anyone) the drs. and all staff are kind, careing, and knowledgable
Had an appoiment at 4:15 is now 5:48 and still waiting for the doctor.
The wait takes forever. I’ve waited nearly an hour and I had an appointment made. The doctors take even less time on you. In and out within 10 minutes.
Refusing to care for my husband with pneumonia. The emergency room sent us here to have a follow up appointment, and refused our care. Would not reccomend this facility.
The doctors, nurses, and medical care aspects of the clinic get 5 stars; the support staff get 2 stars; and the administration and business aspects of the clinic get 1 star. The priority seems to be profit over people, which creates a less …
Everyone is great from check-in, to nurses, to pediatrician! We hate the unexpected doctor visits, but are relieved knowing we are in the best hands possible! Dr. K is great!
I went in two hours before my appointment to do a lab, and was forced to wait the full two hours before one of their random assistants noticed that they had forgotten about me. Ended up going straight into my appointment afterward instead of running errands like I had planned.
Im so done. First they don’t give me a deposit shot because my papers weren’t transferred. So I took two days to transfer and then they tell me they can’t do it because the doctor hasn’t seen my hooha. Now my daughter has 102.3 fever and they wont take her in! WORST PLACE TO GO TO EVER!!! RUDE AS HELL
Horrible clinic haven’t been there in two years. The staff is rude always scowling and giving me dirty looks. The doctors think they’re some god truth is they don’t listen. So two years ago I left and thank goodness I did because now I’m actually being taken care in the right manner. Ick everytime I drive by it maked me nauseous.
I have now had two HORRIBLE experiences at Kearney Clinic within the past two months. First, I was diagnosed with a UTI outside of Kearney Clinic, and went there for follow-up because of lower back pain. They accused me of never having a …
The wait has always been ridiculous however since the clinic changed to CHI it even takes forever to call and schedule an appt for my son’s. The front desk acts like it is a super difficult thing to schedule an appt. Just like to keep you waiting because they can.
I am fed up with this place! My doctor is never available and when I wanted to get into a doctor I had seen before and really liked, I was told no because I wasn’t her patient. Then, the last time I was seen, I was told to call in if I …
I have struggled for a very long time; do I post a review or not…I had gone in to see a doctor because I was having stomach pain and overall feeling unwell. They had me see Dr. C.J. (Not sure I can directly write his name). He walks in, …
This place went down hill a long time ago and hasn’t gotten any better. I used to see a physician with the initials C.M. The wait is ridiculously long, sometimes up to 2 hours even with an appointment. There have been multiple times when …
This clinic has changed so much since it’s changed hands. I have had nothing but bad experience since it became CHI. Our Dr wasn’t very nice to use because we were 1/2 hour late for our appointment due to the ladies at the front desk …
I went this morning with a cold, cough and congestion that has lasted over 3 weeks. I usually develop bronchitis or something similar once or twice a year since moving here. The female Dr. who I saw instead told me I have allergies and to …
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kratochvil. She’s amazing. Very understanding, takes the time to actually listen, supports breastfeeding, has a great personality. Seriously, she’s the best pediatrician I’ve taken my kids to in Kearney. I also adore …
Dr. Goldfish at Kearney Clinic does a great job. He’s professional, and when I had a complaint about a different department, he handled it that day and came up with a resolution that was more than satisfactory. His nurses are great at their …
Amazing service, sometimes slow but that’s how it goes. Keep up the good work!
The people at the front desk took 45 mins to check my friend in because they didn’t know what they were doing for half the time. Then we sat in a waiting room for another 45 mins then once we got to the exam room, the first nurse asked the …
Stopped coming here about 6 years ago due to wait times. My family just uses the urgent care clinic in town but I realize there are some things they just can’t do. Brought my son here for fainting at school, sat in the waiting room for an …
When calling in to schedule an appointment, I have spoke with Nancy on the phone twice this morning and she was nothing but HELPFUL. She went out of her way to help me the best she can so I could avoid future hassles. I enjoy speaking with …
Pretty good clinic overall, the only problem is that in the blood lab across the room from one of the chairs there was a painting of a bunch of crying babies and I found that so hilariously awful since I was already crying having my blood drawn. When I get my blood drawn again I’m gonna try to take a picture of it lol
We are very impressed with the level of care and compassion our family has received. All the nurses and doctors have been absolutely wonderful and kept us informed. I must say disappointed the cafeteria is not open on weekends, I was …
We went to the urgent care on Sunday for our son who is 4. Fever, throwing up and complaining of groin pain. The nurses didn’t take his temperature or check the area at all. Seems like they just pushed us to go to the ER so they didn’t have to deal with us.
Wait times are ridiculous had a 945 appointment took till 11 to finally be seen. I was checked in early even submitted my screening on my chart no nurse even checked on me to say the Dr was held up. I’m not happy what so ever
Took my son here last year for 3 days of fever, chills, vomiting and no appetite. Was hoping to get tested for influenza but all they did is ask if I wanted him to get tested for covid. When I declined they just said it was viral and will have to work its course and sent us home, didn’t even try testing for anything else.
