They make a lot of clerical/administrative errors. Scheduling errors, medication errors, patient information errors, order the wrong tests, give the wrong information to prepare for the wrong tests, inaccuracies in describing office visit and discussions, etc. All around…a lot mistakes.

Brought my sister-in-law and the doctor saw her quick but she waited 40min for a steroid shot until I went to the front desk and she went to the back and saw the shot prepped and sitting there and the nurses doing nothing. I was late picking up my son for that.
Incompetent nurses, aloof receptionists/aids, long waits, and best of all: a doctor who prefers to delay treating multiple issues in favor of collecting multiple payments and copayments. What’s not to like? Look elsewhere if you take your time, money, and health seriously.

If you like waiting forever, this is the place for you. If you make an appointment and show up early it doesn’t matter, your still going to wait 2hours. Why can’t they show you the respect and curtisey you give them?
