  1. Thought maybe the other comments here could be wrong, so I tried it out myself. Turns out they are not. Kellum takes way to long. Go somewhere else if you want whatever you need done quickly.

  2. HORRIBLE! NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME. AVERAGE APPT IS 2-3 HOURS. THEY OVERBOOKED. FRONT OFFICE STAFF HAVE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. JUST MAKE 1 APPT AND TRY FOR YOURSELF ON A DAY YOU HAVE LOTS OF EXTRA TIME.

  3. Appointment was scheduled at 8:15. It’s currently 9:50 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. I paid $150 for this appointment and I’ll probably have to leave soon due to another appointment. Smh

  4. My wife recently went to this office for a regular check up and end up being hit with a $1500.00 dlls bill.
    This is outrageous!!! $1500.00 bill for just drawing blood and ibuprofen????????.

  5. Worst experience I have ever had. They make you wait over an hour to see dr. And don’t even apologize for the delay. People who got there after me where seen before me. Do not waste your time coming here. Very unprofessional

  6. They make a lot of clerical/administrative errors. Scheduling errors, medication errors, patient information errors, order the wrong tests, give the wrong information to prepare for the wrong tests, inaccuracies in describing office visit and discussions, etc. All around…a lot mistakes.

  7. Scheduled an appointment for a shot over the phone. Went to the place and they told me they didnt even have it! Super slow service. Everyone in the waiting area were so annoyed. The lady I was talking to behind the counter seemed very unprofessional.

  8. Found the staff and doctor very friendly and helpful. In and out in about 30 minutes with an appointment and went about the same on the follow up appointment. Feel much better

  9. Great medical care but the problem lies in getting to see the doctor! Two hour plus waits past your appointment time is very common. Really thinking of looking elsewhere.

  10. We honestly we waited 4 hours to see the doctor. There were other people complain. The lady at the desk was very rude. The parking is small, it doesn’t help that the workers park in that small parking space. NEVER again !!

  12. Brought my sister-in-law and the doctor saw her quick but she waited 40min for a steroid shot until I went to the front desk and she went to the back and saw the shot prepped and sitting there and the nurses doing nothing. I was late picking up my son for that.

  13. Incompetent nurses, aloof receptionists/aids, long waits, and best of all: a doctor who prefers to delay treating multiple issues in favor of collecting multiple payments and copayments. What’s not to like? Look elsewhere if you take your time, money, and health seriously.

  15. If you like waiting forever, this is the place for you. If you make an appointment and show up early it doesn’t matter, your still going to wait 2hours. Why can’t they show you the respect and curtisey you give them?

  16. I gave them multiple chances to improve their wait times but no luck. The wait times are horrible!! They are significantly overbooked which puts more money in their pocket, and the patients suffer. Will not return.
