Had a representative tell me that I could get a checking account with a bankruptcy then find out that this is not true. Nobody can give a straight answer as to why they have this policy. Felt like I was lied too. Run, don’t walk, from this so called financial institution.

They have been good to me so far. I had called one day to change my loan date an the guy said he changed it but he really didn’t I was charged a $25.00 late fee an I called back an talked with the same guy , I had to let him know that I talked with him other than that every thing has been good
They already slow as it is. Only other building that’s down here hasn’t opened since the pandemic but it’s online information says they are open (lies).
