Love Pat Chaplin, have been seeing her for years. She always takes time to talk to you and you never feel rushed or like a number. Office staff can be less than enthusiastic at times but overall wonderful practice. The Saturday hours are a huge bonus!

I am blessed to have a nurse practitioner, Lynda, who goes above & beyond…compassionate, thoughtful, professional & extremely knowledgeable. As well as the nurses, Kelly, & the receptionists- they are all terrific!
Dr. Mendonza is great but this office seriously sucks. The ladies that sit at the desk and answer the phone are always so nasty like you are inconveniencing them. It’s literally 3 months out to get an appointment and the billing department screws up my insurance every other time I’m there.

Dr. Kessler is a very good doctor. He listens to me and takes any ailments seriously. I can use the portal to reach him and he replies same day. All of the staff at Kenmore Family Medicine is fantastic.
