Customer service is deplorable. I mean simply put it is PISS POOR. If I repeated myself once I repeated myself 7 times. I was put on hold four different times just for one simple question. Every member I spoke to(3 in total) all had attitudes and all I wanted to do was check my coverage. Time to change carriers.
I’ve had insurance on my house for many years thru this company. Can’t beat their price. I’ve never had a claim, fortunately but knowing they are there if needed makes me feel secure.
