It’s banking like when my parents (or even grandparents) were young. They know who you are and treat you like family. They even hold picnics at the bank for their customers. I really like the feel of this bank.

Used to be an awesome bank. Went downhill after a couple of their outstanding employees left. Sally is very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend bank as long as she’s there.

Very professional, they are very personable, greet me by my name, which I love, not like the big banks were you’re just a number to them
They don’t have an Apple Watch App or Zelle which is disappointing since all of my friends’ banks have them. Service can also be very slow sometimes.
