KeyPoint Credit Union Reviews ( 21 )

  1. Insanely slow and make tons of mistakes to deal with my loan pay off and car title transfer. Stay away or get screwed up. Wasted me a month and literally 10 visits.

  7. After having a couple of bad experiences at the Brokaw location, I came to this location and they provided the best customer service experience I’ve had since opening my account! They actually explained the process of opening an IRA to me …

  8. The worst experience possible: this bank is here to emphasize on people. Their business practices are very unethical. The process in which they qualify you are terribly unethical. They ask you for a w2 after you decide on a car and later …
