Honestly the ladies at the front desk lack of common sense and customer service professionalism. They act like they’re the doctors or as if they own the place. They’re rude to patients and their families and even more rude to people who call over the phone.
Dr. Alfaro is such an amazing doctor. He is the kind of doctor that will listen to you and will not give up until he finds an answer. There isn’t many doctors like him. He has helped us find answers and we are very very thankful for that.
