The one who answers the phone she is rude
I didn’t like the doctor, staff are not helpful. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait for minimum of 30 minutes. Not honest when it gets to payments. I won’t ever go to their office.
Doctor is good, but the staff is very bad. When you make a schedule, double-check with them. Also, don’t expect that they will receive your phone call soon.
We have been seeing Dr. KIM for years. and appreciate his straight forwardness. He is kind and compassionate, and his knowledge has been spot on. His nurse Jessica is wonderful.
I am not sure who is doctor there. I spent time there like 15 min talking to RN and 1 min with the doctor.. No calls for test results or appointment set up when there was clear indication of ongoing negative changes on lab test results .. …
