I used to bank with MEA until they were taken over by Kinetic. I miss the home feel but there are more banks and ATM’s available.

The absolute worst bank I have ever used. Constantly having problems with their debit/credit cards. They have idiotic policies about purchasing items online. Do not bank here!

13th st drive thru took over 30 minutes. When they went virtual it slowed the service down. So much for automation. Go back to real customer service with physically real people.

They get 3 stars I visited the branch the other to make a payment on my car loan. The lady at the desk directed me to kiosk even though they were down. I just miss dealing with a teller face to face.

Very poor service. They want you to use nothing but machines instead of interaction with someone when dealing with loans. Highly do not recommend using them for any needs.

I have been a member of Kinetic for 35 Years and they have been the best! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recomend them! I love my Kinetic Checking. Lots of great features. They also have Drive-thru hours untill 7 pm. This is great for me when I have to work late.
Had a great experience today. Started a small loan application for a vehicle for my son but I got distracted by a phone call. Later, Hannah Miller called and was able to finish the application and had it funded as soon as I signed the papers. Great to work with.

Since so much is automated I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received. Everyone from start to finish of my transaction was very helpful friendly and efficient.
