The poorest of customer service. Understanding that these times call for being patient, but the service representative was always late or didn’t show up. When I contacted the office directly about the lack of courtesy they were very uncaring about the representatives unprofessionalism and lack of common courtesy.
If I ever need home medical equipment in the future, I will NOT use Kinex. I needed to keep the CPM a while longer because I had not attained my desired ROM from a knee replacement. When I called the technician and relayed this to her, she was not helpful and to me, she seemed a bit sarcastic and condescending.
This Kinex Cold Therapy unit I used after total knee replacement was the best part of my rehab. I went into rehab fast and hard, had swelling on my leg and knee joint. After exercising I used the Kinex unit and It worked wonderful. I would use the same unit again.
