It is Tuesday, June 6 and 6pm , our trash has yet to be picked up. We were told our trash pick up is on Mondays. This is one of the worst trash pick up services. Looking for another trash pick up service now.
This company picks up the trash in my neighborhood and regularly comes at 4 and 5 am, banging the trash bins. How are they still in business with this kind of thinking by management? Beyond ridiculous

Pickup times are very inconsistent. Sometimes they leave trash/recycling in the bins. They randomly fail to pickup recycling so that it piles up and still don’t come after calling the company 3x in one week. Go with Waste Industries.
They are good to collect but the people who have working in the Lyman area do not pick up all the garbage as long as they do not get off the truck but they are good to charge the service really bad.
I had them at a previous address, then moved out of their service area. Moved back into their service area and immediately retained Kirby’s services again. Love them!
