Their prices are INSANELY EXPENSIVE, even with insurance. BEWARE, even my insurance carrier commented on it being not within industry standards. Just an example I small tube of lidocaine Amazon $6.55, Kvh 102.00
Hmmmm.
There is a provider in the ER who did an excellent job! Thank you so much and the nurses when I went there a day ago? So thorough and knowledgeable!!! Thank you for all the awesome service!!!
We were treated with such disrespect by the emergency room physician that day. A terrible experience, I wish we hadn’t gone and I will never go back. Even in an emergency, I would opt out of Kittitas Valley entirely. I have never been so …
Absolutely dreadful experience. Extremely poor bedside manner and disrespectful physicians. We were not treated like humans because we opted to try something other than what the doctor was telling us to do. Our ER doctor was exceedingly rude to our family. I will never go back, even in the face of an emergency.
Went here for a COVID test today. The process was quick, easy, and felt very safe. The staff were very helpful, and billed the test straight to insurance- there was no need to pay at the clinic. …
If you have a young child do not bring them to Covid clinic. I brought my daughter in to get a Covid test. She has anxiety with doctors and she was scared and threw a fit the nurse could not be bothered with us and we were kicked out.
Nursing staff lied to my family and left my aunt alone after promising she would not be left alone.
They’ve also been extremely rude to my family, completely unnecessarily.
I wouldn’t wish this nursing staff or hospital on my enemies.
To say KVH is a consistent disappointment would be an understatement, but I don’t have enough characters in this review to give you all the details. I’ll just share my recent highlights: 1. having my mother, with stage 4 cancer, show up at …
I have lived in this valley for approximately 14 years. I have unfortunately had to use this hospital/clinic for a total of 3 or 4 times. Every experience has been bad in one way or another. If you can drive to the Westside for your health care do it. Do waste your time at any of KVH facilities.
I was so incredibly impressed when we came here yesterday to the emergency department after my boyfriend had accidentally drilled through his thumb. RN Madeline and Dr Frank Cruz were so welcoming, and helpful and answered any questions we …
The medical care was great. They helped me through the issue that I was facing. What happened after my visit has enraged me for many months. The payment service that I was directed to use when I received my bill never answered their phone. …
The woman who was working the desk at the covid clinic around noon today was disgustingly rude to me and my husband. Unbelievable that that is how you treat patients. A sharp contrast to everyone else that works at the covid clinic who has always been kind and professional in the past
I am sad to see how many bad reviews there are for KVH Ellensburg, as we have had nothing but good care and interactions. I gave birth to my son, delivered by Dr. Casey (who is an absolutely outstanding man!) and we received amazing care. I …
Man these reviews are bad, but this wasn’t my experience at all. At least not at this point in time. I was seen by Sam Devour. The staff and especially Sam (PA) were all very polite and treated me very well. I’m extremely thankful for the …
KVH Family Medicine has consistently forgotten to record agreed-upon appt. times, as well as cancelled appts. without notifying me – this has happened 4 times in the past 6 months. I show up to the office to then be told I have no appt. scheduled and I should go home. Would not recommend.
Oh my gosh what a caring team of doctors, nurses and aids.. from the first contact (Cathy) in out patient care to the nurses aids and doctors. I’m going to list all names who treated me in some fashion with kindness, caring and respect!! …
I fell the evening prior while home alone with my two kids who have severe medical needs. I went to KVH ER the following morning at the request of my firefighter husband. I Lost consciousness, soiled myself while I was unconscious, no one …
We (wife, daughter, self) have had occasion to use the emergency room several times over the past 7 years. My wife also stayed in the hospital for about a week after giving birth to our daughter. We have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and caring.
Keep getting mail address to Ethan Coggins. I mail it back out but keep getting mail. I think Ethan moved to Oregon
Great service. Great people!
If this hospital doesn’t provide health care any better than the way they treat their employees, I would not set one foot in the door.
Insanely overpriced. One x-ray, with no insurance, cost $786. Really wish I hadn’t gone.

Hmmmm.
Billing department is filled with incompetent workers. They will screw you over if you go on a payment plan and send the bill to collections

This hospital is great. Everyone working here puts the patient first.

This is the worst hospital in the County and unfortunately the only one. They are luckily to even have a business license. …
