It’s very hard to allocate 4 hours of time, every time you have an appointment. I know they have to pay for a very expensive facility, and they stack up patients to do so. Very little respect of the patient’s time.

The wait time here is ridiculous. I arrived at 1:10 PM for a 1:20 PM appointment. It is currently 2:07 PM, almost 50 minutes past my appointment time and I am still waiting. I know waiting time is expected at the doctors office, but an hour wait time is extreme in my opinion.
Every single time we go for our yearly visits they have some excuse why they have billed incorrectly. Wrong code, called in for yearl appoinment too soon, lost a copy of the card etc….We have been patients for 20 years back to when Dr Kleinman was our Dr. We will no longer return.
