This place is not reliable!!! Don’t even call when they cancel your appointment. Tried calling can’t get a person to talk to. Need to get records no one even answers. They need to lose licenses. Zero STARS!!!!
I think they are out of business. Their phone number has been disconnected for at least a month. I had an appointment at the Prescott Valley location and it was dark and closed. The Prescott location had someone else renting the space and they didn’t know anything about the status of Kokopelli.
I reached out to billing about issues and they denied billing me twice for a contacts fitting and a follow up. I’m trying to go through my insurance and no ones reached out. They’ve been calling for four days. If this doesn’t get resolved, I won’t return.
Third time an appt. has been canceled and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. The only thing they do well is to send appt. reminds, over and over. Totally unreliable. Find another eye center.
