Once again no internet. Seems like when people are home in the town internet doesn’t work. Sounds strange but try and stream a movie on a Sunday night. It’s impossible. We need a new supplier. It goes out so much that I think we should be getting a refund most of the time.

Our internet goes in and out nonstop. If it is working, it’s spotty and completely unreliable. Way too frequently, it is completely down warranting several posts on local pages questioning why it’s down again. We would jump at another internet option given the opportunity.
I’ve had Krause cable internet for 6 years A+++ service. Customer service is great. I can’t say enough about the low cost and service.
This is about Internet only. The service is just not reliable. As there is no competition, there is apparently no urgent need to address this issue.
