AA representatives that I came across had very nasty attitudes. One talked down to me and I was done… I closed my accounts and moved elsewhere

They absolutely refuse to answer the phone. I need to cash a check outside of Louisiana so I can’t just walk into one of their physical locations. Seriously terrible customer service.
It seems to always be a issue with lacap for some reason. Even if you ask for your cash days in advanced they still hassle you. I’m thinking about closing my accounts and moving on.
