Never seen a place of business that don’t value their customers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Had to go through 3 people for some type of understanding. Very rude, and plain nasty attitudes. I won’t recommend no one to them. Just lost a customer !

At 47 years of age I just experienced the worst banking experience of my adult life. The customer service was atrocious and the representatives there are flat out dishonest. My advice to anyone considering this institution, don’t.
By far the worst financial institution to do business with! Worst customer service, transactions between accounts without your consent or knowledge, and very dishonest with their customers. No matter your circumstances, do not do business with these people.
