Very rude staff, hate the no parents with their children policy!!! I called to rescheduled because of an unforeseen event, was told rudely that I either keep my appointment or have to wait till October which was going to be a six month wait. That was all I needed to hear to look for another dentist!
The entire staff at Ditto and Sammons are the nicest people. They go out of their way to love on my sp. needs kiddo every time she comes. Highly recommend them!

Braces – Both my children had braces here and not happy with either one. Daughter had two sets and her bottom teeth are still not straight. My son’s looked good but they didn’t leave them on long enough and his teeth have moved, retainers were always to tight and hurt his mouth.

My daughter has anxiety about needles and the staff was very patient… it got to the point where I had to step outside and talk to my daughter.. and when we came back in, they got her back and they said she did great that time. They were very patient and very good with both of us. Thank you!!

Dr Ditto was so caring and helpful to my son. He was very assuring and comforting before his surgery, during and after. River and I both loved him! We love Becky the office staff too! Thankful for a Dentist office like them! River healed fully without any medicine so I call that GREAT WORK! THANK YOU!
If I could leave negative stars I would. I should not be leaving the dentist with a hyperventilating 5 year old telling me they did not listen to her when she told them she was in pain and yelled at her to stop crying.
They ignored my 5yo niece when she said they were hurting her and yelled at her to stop crying.
They won’t lwt parents come back into the room with their kids because they KNOW they’re in the wrong. If i could give negative stars i would.
My daughter had her first dental visit and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ditto was great and my 3 year old absolutely loved him. The staff is very informative also.
