Went to pay my bill on line, and my debit card was hit three times, I call them see if they could refund me back the two charges! They answer was NO!!!! but you have a credit,…..I don’t need a credit i need my money back 😡 …

They have always done exceptional in responding. We’ve never had many outages and it was never off for very long.
We have never had issues with LUB getting our power back on & we have never had any billing issues

Horrible customer service. They charge way to much for electricity and water. The insurance is a joke as well. Nice if you have a leak in the house, but it does not cover like they claim it does. Hope you don’t have to call over an outage, because they will be rude.
Absolute criminals. If you are 1 minute late you are charged $100. Literally one minute. And you’re lied to about payments. No help and always attitudes when you’re behind. There needs to be another branch providing electricity to this area because this one is a cancer to the community.
Good folks, but there’s no leeway. They WILL cut you off if you’re late on your payment. They do have assistance you can apply for, but it’s a 30-day process. Pay your bill on time.
They made me pay for a leak that I never had even unhooked my electricity I had to pay a reconnection fee when there was never a leak to start with not on my end anyway and to live here I had no choice but to pay it more or less just robbed …

Very very unprofessional. Turned my electric off over 90$, just 90$. With no notice on the door, no nothing. Just did it, with no warning. And then when you call they’re full of excuses and just flat out rude and not helpful at all. Don’t care about anybody but themselves.

They are always very helpful to me. I’m on oxygen 24/7 and when an outage happens they are very quick at getting it back on. I don’t have a portable concentrator so time on outages is very important to me. I want to thank all that help with outages!
So our bill last month was 129.45 and we legit paid 135 because of the late charge. Someone explain why on earth did they say we didn’t pay it so now we owe them 265$ knowing we got the receipt showing we paid the amount that was due.
