I arrived at the ER one sick puppy. I was there 24 hours. The womens services department is awful. They don’t communicate. They refuse to explain things that matter for your health or baby’s safety. The charge nurse refuses to help when you ask more questions than your nurse will answer. They tell you that you can hook yourself to your own monitors while they sit at the desk.
