Gouging prices for water and prices only went up after drought ended and now they will raise them more.
Ridiculously high rates especially for such a low income area. Moved from Orange County and am paying twice as much money for water here in San Jacinto. Crazy high water prices.

To be fair the clerks are always polite, however, it is absurd to pay such high fees on service charges. I have never paid more that $30 on a water bill, that’s including service fees and the like.
I have in the past week had my water shut off of no fault of my own an they refuse to turn it back on during this pandemic. I have a program willing to help me an the supervisor is not getting back to me knowing I have a family of 9.
