I’ve been with LMCU since 2010 and they’ve helped me ever since. Have an auto loan with them and credit card. Both have significantly helped my credit score go way up! Amazing service. Just got a significant bump to my credit card limit and the service was excellent and fast thanks to Amir M!
Do not bank with this credit union. Their customer service is terrible and they will transfer you to a manager who will do nothing for you. They closed my debit card, while I was out of town in Florida for possible fraudulent charges, …
Put a retail presence in Lansing if you’re going to try and capture all the lending business there. Give me a break. I can have my mortgage through LMCU on a house in Lansing but I can’t cash a check? Last I checked Lansing was part of Michigan.

Called and told me I would be on hold for less then 5 minutes. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I just hung up I am so fed up with this.
