In a world where most companies have a web presence and so many rely on it for day-to-day business, it’s ridiculous to run across one that charges $2.50 for a “convenience fee” to utilize the online bill payment function. Wake up Lakehurst and join the modern world. Drop the fee. Otherwise, no other major complaints.

No paper statements were received for last two months so obviously bills weren’t payed. No warnings about service suspension, nothing. Just turned off. Terrible way to run a public works company. …
