The internet cuts out during times that I am home frequently and there is rarely any resolution or reasoning, I work a third shift position so the times I’m on are late at night primarily but it seems to be a constant problem regardless of time.

Not very willing to work with a person who has had tremendous losses . I was told “this happens to everyone” . ( lost three loved ones & my job . Am disabled and live six miles from any town .depend on service to communacate (also 911)

Recently moved to Lakeland service area where fiber internet has been installed. I tested my speed on Wi-Fi and it’s running at full wired speed! Thanks Lakeland, faster than xfinity in the twin cities and even faster than my Fortune 500 employer. Very impressed!!! Thank you!
Only because I can’t go lower than one star. Connection sucks. We paid for unlimited data and they slow down the service at random. Also charges for each individual Ethernet ports when 99% of other companies have them unlocked.

I think they are a great company. Chris is awesome and is very helpful. With any company you can have all these issues. We used to live in the cities and had the same problems with Comcast. They are going to do fiber optic soon so we’re excited. Going to cancel our cable soon!

Love Lakeland! I have them at both jobs and our cabin with no issues EVER! Way better than our primary home internet provider: Northwest Communications. I’m keeping my fingers crossed they go further south to my primary home.

Couldn’t recommend Lakeland enough! Todd and team are wonderful to work with. As a small business, we wouldn’t survive without fiber from Lakeland. The ability to quickly communicate with someone that will quickly solve problems is their greatest asset! Thank you Lakeland!
