I like Dr. Garrett, but overall I’m anoyed at how they take advantage of the health care system. I sprained my foot. They sent me home with a Boot. Then they billed my insurance for the boot for $250. Guess what? I can get the same boot off Amazon for $40. This is why healthcare costs so much.
I have suffered off an on with Plantar Fasciitis for years. Received a recommendation from a friend and for the first time received a new treatment that cleared up my persistent problem for over a year. Just started again (I do a lot of sports) in one foot. So this place failed to follow the proper insurance procedure and charged us for equipment even though they are in-network and the insurance company pre-approved for 100% of the cost. After 6 and a half weeks they have failed to respond even after the insurance company contacted them directly.
Almost a year after ankle surgery by Dr. Garrett I am feeling healthier and doing more than I was able to for a decade. His treatment plan, personality, and office staff made a difficult/painful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely go back (God forbid) if I needed to.
