Pay by phone they made it really easy for the customer. Freed up a lot of help in the office for other problems.
Literally the worst electic company in the state and that says a lot next to PGE. One minor weather inconvenience and power is out for hours or even days. Get it together LMUD.
The other power in town has a five man crew and they get power on fast than this. This place, we’ve been out 6 days. Food lost, animals die from overheating. Terrible. PG&E are doing it on purpose.
Power went out, they states HLP box failure, HLP is a power load switching unit for load’s. When they couldn’t fix that they blamed it on the Dixie fire.. Sounds more like a IT issues and they don’t have any person who knows how to fix it.
