Penny pinching company, after finishing paying off a car loan I am know being charged all kinds of fees, even a fee to close an account, very unhelpful
I love this bank and the people. I only wish they hadn’t closed their North Charleston branch as it is so expensive for those who need Taxi service to go in person.
This Bank finds new ways to charge you fees every single month. They don’t let you cash your closing check at their bank without charging you a fee. They are not very friendly and I would not recommend ever banking here
It’s an OK Credit Union. Policies reflect those of the 1950’s. Technology of 70’s. However the staff is usually friendly if that’s all that is important to you.

They take your money and tell you that you set up duplicate house payments when you are on disability with one check a month and haven’t touched the bill payment. I keep being charged NSF fees for something I did not do. Needless to say I have left this place.
People are always friendly. Webbill pay is awesome! Locations are inconvenient. policies are outdated. I don’t live in sc anyone and I can only my name on my account in person. Name change is due to marriage.

Up to today I would have provided 5 stars for great customer service but had a bad experience today when company would not work with me to resolve it.

Predatory fees on par with BOA and Wells Fargo. Even when you sign up for low balance notifications they don’t actually send them for a day or so.
