  18. Currently, I rate them below zero. They allowed someone other than myself to open a loan in my name fraudulently. Based on my experience, I question their due diligence to verify who applies and gets authorized for these loans. I have yet to have anyone associated with them take action. Identity fraud should be taken seriously.
