This is the worst water company I have ever used. What a joke and the customer service was terrible and rude. If you can avoid this place I would do so.
Horrible service. Have no way to get there in person for an extension, and they won’t qork with you. The paying website refuses to let me sign in to make payment that way. Honestly, things were fine before the redesigned the website. Never had issues with payment before.
In 15 years I’ve never had an issue, only time I’ve been “upset” with them is when I forgot to make a payment. Best solution to not getting your water shut off it to use auto pay.
All most every place I always said something nice about staff. Well every time I go there one particular staff member has grown up with asking questions about my son Daniel. Well she normal works the drive through window down there and again she asked about how he was doing. This is why I think the staff is Great.

Come on now. Lived in the house for over ten years, and never missed a payment, there’s no auto pay feature on the website, I come home and they’ve dug a whole in my yard and shut the water off over a 50 dollar bill. They also apparently don’t do after hours restoration. Bills paid and next month too. No phone call or anything.
Switching utilities with other area companies (electric, gas) is a much smoother process to set up online accounts and service. Expect to spend 3 hours longer to do the same thing with LVN water, with a lot of added frustration.
