How can you call a system “pay by plate” but then need a reference number to make a payment. Maybe our cars are registered in different states and we don’t have access to that information. The rep was very informative and good customer service, they have different packages that adapt to different people…and then when you get your sticker you drive around and someone puts it on for you and check if it works with their technology..very nice experience
Site cannot be accessed. Have tried for days to pay the invoice sent even though we have an EZ Pass clearly attached to the vehicle. I can see a few days to get things working, but this is sad especially given the “fee” is way over the top!
They make paying purposefully difficult to collect late fee’s. Not to mention all the mail they send out to collect tolls is extreme pollution every time someone drive across they mail out paper. No one answers the phone when you call you wait for hours. This needs to change.
