When I first signed up for service, he denied me because my lease was between me and my landlord as an individual, but the tax documents on the property listed it as being owned by a company. And since signing up I feel I have been cheated several times.

  13. Terrible blips in power all the time. When called and spoke to most unhelpful person EVER she indicated it was our circuit breakers. I told her funny as how can my circuit breakers cause my neighbors to also lose power. LCUB is horrible.

  14. What Kind of company has has no way to setup service online if moving to the area in 2022? LCUB that’s who. I have been trying to setup service before moving and it has been a hassle as they want mailed paperwork or to come by their office in a State I dont live in yet. Hey LCUB the internet exist use it for new customer setups!

  15. I have always been treated fairly when calling or dealing in-person with LCUB employees. They have responded quickly if I have a problem with water or electric and have always been courteous when I call them. Even if it’s only to ask a question, I’ve never felt they were impatient or annoyed with me for calling.
