Last payment was 280.00 during worst part of the season. This months bill is 553.99 during which time i lowered the temp of my place. Not a way in hell it almost doubled. I called and they just gave an excuse of higher rates…not almost double my friends.
Ever since they started the billing every month its late they can never send both my bills out and when I do get them they r a week over due and when I call about it the lady is very rude and won’t help to figure it out.

Raising rates 8.3 percent in a pandemic seems heartless. No empathy lady was short and rude. Lack of power line maintenance in Mossyrock leaves my power out constantly in winter lost it 10x last winter once for 3 says? But hey raise rates. I have never had a bad experience with the workers here! They have always been kind and courteous to me whenever I have just spaced paying my bill. (I usually pay on time, sometimes I’m just a space cadet!) I have been blown away by how kind they are time and time again. Thank you!
Going to monthly billing makes no sense since it’s the same amount as bi-monthly billing. Just makes it more likely that there will be errors or lost bills and payments. If I wanted monthly billing I’d be on the budget plan. Not very efficient.

I’ve never lived somewhere that charges so much for power, and I’ve lived a lot of places. The amount charged here is absolutely ridiculous I’m paying well over 100$ a month and barely use anything. I’m hoping for a revision in pricing soon.
No respect for peoples property! The bottom line is the cable line they cut 10 feet off my tree! Didn’t even bother to come and talk to me, ask me if I wanted the cedar they cut off, and threw it in the chipper. Second time now! I was home …
