I can’t speak to the doctors but the receptionist who answered my call was quite rude. It’s hard enough to start the transition into being an adult and making these appointments for yourself without those who are supposed to be helpful being cold and condescending instead. Will not be trying to see doctors here.
Lexington Eye is an example of how a physician’s office should be. It is efficient, the staff is excellent and empathetic, and the facility well laid out. Kudos to LexingtonEye and its staff.
LEA’s safety protocols were excellent from the telephoning upon arrival, texting for entrance and limited number of interpersonal contacts. The facility was sparkling and clean and, of course, the professional service was superb. I absolutely felt safe and comfortable and highly recommend using their services.

Everything about the appointment, from start to finish, was done with care, professionalism, and safety. The assistant and Dr Kieval were excellent, informative, and I appreciated not having to wait to be seen 🙂 I put a lot of trust in Dr Kieval.
I had a long appointment (three hours) I had a lot of testing and procedures that needed to be done. However, the time did seem to move along at an okay pace. No long waits. Dr. McCoy, who is also in their Westford office, is excellent. She is very helpful and listens to and answers all your questions.
