Sad sad run company! Late and I mean hours late! This will NEVER happen again to me. I will call Medicare and inform them on there bad service. As well as take other action.
Been using liberty for 10 yrs been in their non-emergency vehicle’s several times a certain driver grunts and sweats every time he loads me up and im down 50 lbs to 401 and they always late but it doesn’t much matter cause they run them vans 90mph but heck who cares gotta die of something.
Everytime my mother has been transported back home using they’re transportation the guys always drop her on the floor then the guys ask me to pick my mother up
This ambulance service is filing suit in order to be able to discriminate against the LGBT community in Jacksonville. This is after its involvement in Medicare fraud.
The worst service from a care provider that we have ever dealt with, only 3.5 hours late, given the runaround lied to you name it we were told it. So use them at your on risk, hope you don’t have a specific time to be somewhere!
This place is a joke every time you call him from the hospital to get transported home they say they lose your paperwork or emergencies come first no matter what time you call you’re on the back burner they lose everything it isn’t worth the time do not use them

Medical issues do not have a specific time limit. Not only were we transfered very politely when a problem arose at the doctors office we were waited for. At a Strenous time in life they were some of the only Good People who helped us out. …
My mom is under hospice care and we had to use them to transfer my mom to the the hospice center in Fernandina at 2am on the 28th of June, and then they brought her home today the 29th of June. They were awesome both times, very pleased with all four guys!!❤️

Liberty ambulance may not be perfect but neither is any one else. Any minor problem, delay or such, is addressed immediately and the people are always professional and polite. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I have used Liberty several times to go to the ER. Every time the care was top notch and very professional. Maybe they are late or delayed sometimes but with no cost to the tax payers and no outside funding plus doing 200 transports a day cut em some slack they do the best job possible with very hectic schedules.
