Just writing a review to celebrate! We are moving and will longer need to use this company! The website is awful, the customer service is okay, their charges are insane and can never be sensibly explained by any of the representatives…. We are free of this company in 10 days!!!
Liberty just called me today to let me know I haven’t paid my water bill in almost a year. I was deployed and thought it was on auto pay like all my other bills, but no Liberty requires you fax or mail a form for auto pay
