Are not receptive to private booking cash/CC payment. But they sure were quick to ask for insurance info. They didn’t have availability once we said we were private pay. Disapointed with our community business and service.

Horrible company. I actually complained to hospital that hired them on my behalf. On their website there is a link to take a survey about the company and the link doesn’t go to a survey. Just a website that creates surveys. That was telling.
This company is poorly run. I had an EMT only certified in LA county sent to a OC run which delayed patient transport by over an hour and delayed patient care and obstructed them from going to the OR. There is no responsibility taken by dispatch or EMTs
